Shipping and returns

Every lamp is printed after you order it, so here's what to expect between checkout and your door.

Shipping

• We ship to addresses within Australia. Tracked shipping is $15, or free on orders over $250.
• Orders are printed and dispatched from Melbourne within 5 to 10 business days.
• Delivery usually takes a further 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email.

Damaged or faulty lamps

If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a fault, email hello@agnistudio.au with your order number and a photo. We'll repair, replace or refund it. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

Because each lamp is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on custom colours or sizes. For standard lamps, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return if the lamp is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost.
