Terms & Conditions Last updated: 18 August 2026 These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Agni Studio through our website and other sales channels. By placing an order with Agni Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. 1. Products Agni Studio designs and manufactures lighting, home décor and related products, including custom-made and 3D printed designs. We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products through photographs, descriptions and dimensions. Due to differences in displays, lighting, photography and manufacturing materials, colours may vary slightly from images shown online. 3D printed products may also exhibit minor layer lines, seams or surface variations characteristic of additive manufacturing. 2. Prices All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed or communicated before an order is confirmed where applicable. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not retrospectively alter an order that has already been accepted and paid for. 3. Orders An order is subject to acceptance by Agni Studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where: A product is unavailable Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed We cannot reasonably manufacture the requested custom product Payment cannot be processed We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no goods or services have been supplied, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be returned using an appropriate payment method. 4. Custom Orders Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming specifications, dimensions, colours and other requirements supplied for custom orders. Once manufacturing has commenced, custom orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled for change of mind. Custom products and custom-colour products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit. This does not affect rights arising under Australian Consumer Law where the product fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee. 5. Customer-Supplied Designs and Specifications Where a customer provides drawings, images, measurements, specifications or other materials for a custom order, the customer confirms that they have the right to provide and use those materials for the requested work. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of measurements, specifications and other information they supply. Agni Studio is not responsible for errors in a finished custom product that result solely from incorrect customer-provided specifications, except to the extent otherwise required by law. 6. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Agni Studio branding, original photographs, website content, graphics and original product designs remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer intellectual property rights in the underlying design. 7. Delivery Delivery timeframes displayed or communicated by Agni Studio are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by an independent postal or courier provider and delivery delays may occur outside our direct control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Where tracking is provided, customers are responsible for monitoring delivery information and contacting us promptly if an issue occurs. If a parcel appears to be lost, delayed or damaged while in the possession of a postal or courier provider, please contact us so that we can assist with an investigation or claim where appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agni Studio is not responsible for delays or losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in this clause limits any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law. 8. Failed Delivery and Incorrect Addresses If an order cannot be delivered because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed to collect or accept delivery, additional postage charges may apply before the order is resent. 9. Returns and Refunds Returns, refunds and store credits are governed by our Returns, Credits & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. We do not provide refunds merely because a customer changes their mind. Where we voluntarily accept an eligible change-of-mind return, we may offer store credit rather than a cash refund. This does not affect any remedy to which a customer is legally entitled under Australian Consumer Law. 10. Product Use and Safety Customers must use products only for their intended purpose and follow any safety, assembly, electrical, weight, temperature or usage instructions supplied with the product. Customers should discontinue use of a product if it becomes materially damaged or unsafe. Agni Studio is not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, improper installation or use contrary to supplied instructions, to the extent permitted by law. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agni Studio will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies liability, consumer guarantees, rights or remedies where doing so would be unlawful. 12. Website Availability We aim to keep our website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary. 13. Privacy Personal information collected through the website and our sales process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version published when that order was placed, subject to applicable law. 15. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. 16.
